Keep your reservation number, so that you may cancel your booking. For every Internet reservation, we need your credit card number (and the date of validity) as a guarantee. Your hotel room is payable directly at the hotel at the beginning of your stay, unless you do not arrive at the hotel and did not cancel your booking. In this case, the full amount will be charged. The following means of payment (except cash) are accepted: • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Vpay and Girocard.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation can be made free of charge up to 6 pm of the day before. If a booking is canceled or canceled later, the full accommodation price will be charged.
Pets
Only pets under 10kg are allowed, with a maximum 1 pet/room. There is a tax-included 3€/night fee for pets.
